Petzl Reverso 4 - Ultra lightweight multi-purpose belay/rappel device


This belay/rappel device is lightweight and easy to use. V-shaped friction channels, with asymmetrical side grooves, adapt the rope friction for better control (braking adapted to half, twin and single dynamic ropes). Reverso mode for belaying one or two seconds.

 

 

 

Description

  • Will not twist the ropes regardless of the mode used. Separates the strands when double rope rappelling.
  • A single device for all rope uses: descending on rappel, belaying a leader, or belaying one or two seconds climbing independently and simultaneously in Reverso mode
  • Cable helps limit the risk of dropping the device
