How It Works
We make getting your custom-cut foam simple — no matter where you are in the U.S.

Choose your size – Send In Foam, Small, Medium, Large or Custom Design Complex Project.

Send us your case and/or foam – or roll up your existing foam and ship it to us.
- Or we have foam in stock ready to rock!

We CNC or Laser cut the foam and return it ready for action.
You can bring your case in, ship your case with foam, or just roll up your old foam and send it to us. We can duplicate your layout, redesign it for a tighter fit, or start from scratch using our in-stock foam.
How To Do It
We don’t do one-size-fits-all foam — we cut every piece to your exact needs, not a generic template. Whether you’re protecting a pistol, rifle, breaching kit, drone, camera rig, or full mission set, your foam will be built to fit perfectly and perform under pressure.
We work with Pelican, SKB, and nearly every hard-case brand out there, and if you need a new case, we can order it and fit it out for you.
Want a professional touch? We can laser engrave your case with your logo, name, or unit insignia to make it uniquely yours.

We offer four standard options for easy ordering and one Design Prototype option — each fully customizable to your gear.

- Up to 12x12 Inch Small Case Foam – Perfect for pistols, optics, or compact tools.
- 12-24 Inch Medium Case Foam – Ideal for carbines, multi-tool kits, or drones.
- Greater than 24 Inch Either Side Large Case Foam – Designed for full mission sets, range kits, or heavy deployments.
- Complex Custom Foam including design and prototype.
