EOD Gear Pouch System | Berry Compliant | Made in USA | Career-Long Guarantee
Every item in the EOD Gear Pouch System is EOD Gear brand, Berry Compliant, and made in the USA. The system was designed from the ground up for dismounted EOD operators — built around how EOD technicians actually carry and access tools in the field, not adapted from generic tactical gear.
The centerpiece is the EOD Pouch — EOD Gear's flagship rip-away MOLLE pouch. It mounts to a belt, LBV, chest rig, or pack, functions as a dump pouch when worn, and opens completely flat like a book when hand-held. The loop panel accepts the Rip Away Tool Panel and the Rip Away SSE Remote Pull Line Bag — both mount directly to the pouch and deploy instantly. A Horizontal EOD Pouch and Horizontal Rip Away EOD Tool Panel provide horizontal mounting options.
The system scales from single-pouch configurations up to full dismounted loadouts. The Dismounted EOD Operator Patrol Belt is the backbone of a belt-based setup. The EOD Tri-Fold Backpack, Slim EOD Backpack, and EOD Backpack Insert extend the system to pack-based operations. The EOD Wrist Kit and EOD Wrist Case cover immediate-access hand entry. The EOD Blackout Cloth (6x6 ft) and EOD Blackout Cloth Large (12x15 ft) integrate into hand entry operations as countermeasures against light-activated devices.
The MOLLE to Velcro Panel and Rip Away EOD Pouch MOLLE Base are the mounting hardware that make the system work — adding attachment points wherever needed on belts, vests, packs, and vehicles.
Every sewn item carries the Career-Long Guarantee — coverage against any physical defect, rip, tear, or broken zipper for the length of your career or 20 years, whichever is longer. Send a photo of the damage and EOD Gear replaces it, no questions asked. All products are available on GSA contract GS-07F-148GA. EOD Gear is an SBA-certified SDVOSB, ISO 9001:2015 certified, and ITAR registered. Manufactured in Franklin, Tennessee.

What is the Career-Long Guarantee?
Every EOD Gear brand sewn item is guaranteed against any physical defect, rip, tear, or broken zipper for the length of your career or 20 years, whichever is longer. Send EOD Gear a photo of the damaged item and it will be replaced, no questions asked. New purchases also include a 30-day unconditional guarantee from the date of receipt.
How does the rip-away system work?
The EOD Pouch mounts to any MOLLE-compatible surface via the included Velcro base. The pull handle on the front allows the pouch to detach instantly from the MOLLE base when needed. The Rip Away Tool Panel and Rip Away SSE Remote Pull Line Bag mount to the loop panel on the pouch using the same rip-away mechanism, so individual accessories can be deployed independently of the pouch.
Can the EOD Pouch be used as a dump pouch?
Yes. When worn vertically on a dismounted EOD operator belt, the EOD Pouch functions as a dump pouch. The top can be unzipped to access tools without removing the pouch from your kit.
What mounting surfaces are compatible with the EOD Gear Pouch System?
All items in the system use standard MOLLE attachment. The system is compatible with belts, LBVs, chest rigs, plate carriers, and packs with MOLLE webbing. The MOLLE to Velcro Panel can add a Velcro attachment surface to any MOLLE-compatible platform. Additional MOLLE bases for the EOD Pouch are available separately.
What colors are available in the EOD Gear Pouch System?
Most items in the EOD Gear Pouch System are available in Black, Coyote, Ranger Green, and Multicam. Color availability varies by item — check individual product pages for current options.
