The T.REX ARMS MED-T Pouch is a belt-mounted tear-away trauma pouch for EOD technicians, public safety bomb squads, SWAT teams, and federal tactical elements who carry individual aid on the belt line rather than on armor. The internal layout is built around treating the first three steps of the MARCH algorithm — massive hemorrhage, airway, and respirations — in a package small enough to wear on a duty belt all shift. EOD Gear supplies the MED-T for agency, unit, and department procurement.

Why the MED-T
- Tear-away design. The pouch separates from its platform so a responder, or the casualty's partner, can pull the whole kit clear without unthreading a belt.
- Belt pass-through and MOLLE. The platform takes a 1.75" belt directly, including the T.REX Speed Belt, and is MOLLE compatible for carrier or pack mounting.
- Quick-open pull tab for fast single-hand access, which also secures the zipper pulls against snagging.
- Ambidextrous trauma shear sheath with a shock cord pull tab, usable from either side.
- Tourniquet loop sized for CAT, SAM XT, and AlphaPointe TMT.
- Internal tie-down loops for a DD Form 1380 Combat Casualty Card or other small flat items.
- Made in the USA.

Common Questions
Does this come with medical supplies?
No. You receive the pouch and the mounting platform. The interior is sized around the T.REX MED-T Fill Kit, sold separately, and will also take a unit-standard fill of similar volume.
What does tear-away mean in practice?
The pouch is held to the platform by hook and loop. Under a hard pull it comes free as a unit, so the kit can be handed off or brought to a casualty without removing anyone's belt. The platform stays on the belt.
What is the difference between the MED-T and the MED-H?
The MED-T is the belt-mounted version. The MED-H is the hanger or dangler version for plate carriers and chest rigs. Both share the quick-open tab, ambidextrous shear sheath, and tourniquet loop.
Will it fit our duty belts?
The platform has a 1.75" belt pass-through and is compatible with MOLLE belts of 1.75" and wider. It mounts directly to the T.REX Speed Belt.
