The T.REX ARMS Triple Flap Placard is a three-pouch flapped placard for EOD technicians, public safety bomb squads, SWAT teams, and federal tactical elements who run mixed magazine types or need secure, covered retention on the front of a plate carrier. It is a scaled-down version of the T.REX Quad Flap Chest Rig and shares the same pouch geometry, so a single placard handles everything from 5.56 to 7.62 and short-action precision magazines. Why the Triple Flap Placard
- One pouch, many magazines. The same cell takes 5.56, AK 5.45 and 7.62, SR25 and G3 pattern 7.62, short-action AICS, and MP5 magazines.
- Flapped retention for covered, positive hold, with elastic side webbing that keeps even a single magazine secure in a cell sized for two.
- Adjustable ride height from 1.75" to 4" using One-Wrap straps, for fit across different carriers and torso lengths.
- Stabilizing pass-through keeps the One-Wrap tight to the placard and resists tipping when the pouches are loaded.
- Converts to a chest rig. Includes an 8" x 6" loop backer to cover the hook field, plus three side loops for back strap placement.
- Ready out of the box. G-hooks and ITW buckles are included, so it clips straight to a plate carrier or a chest rig harness.

Common Questions
How is this different from the Carbine Placard?
The Carbine Placard is a three-cell open-top design optimized for 5.56. The Triple Flap uses flapped pouches with wider magazine compatibility, covering 7.62 battle rifle, AK, and short-action precision magazines as well as 5.56.
Which plate carriers will it mount to?
The 8" x 6" rear hook field and standard buckle spacing fit most loop-based plate carriers. It is optimized for the T.REX AC0, AC1 and AC1.5.
Can I run it as a standalone chest rig?
Yes. The included loop backer covers the hook field and three side loops give back strap placement options. Add a harness and back strap and it works as a standalone rig.
Is the Triple Flap Placard Berry Compliant?
Yes. All sewn nylon goods manufactured by T.REX ARMS are Berry Compliant. Armor plates and plate sets are not covered.
