The T.REX ARMS MED-H Pouch is a hanger-mounted trauma pouch for EOD technicians, public safety bomb squads, SWAT teams, and federal tactical elements who carry individual aid off the front of a plate carrier or chest rig. It runs as a dangler under the carrier, or as a waist pack using the included strap, so the same kit moves between armored and low-profile postures. EOD Gear supplies the MED-H for agency, unit, and department procurement.

Why the MED-H
- Two carry modes. Hangs as a dangler from a carrier or chest rig hook field, or converts to a waist pack with the included 43.5" strap and buckles.
- Quick-open pull tab for fast single-hand access, which also secures the zipper pulls against snagging.
- Ambidextrous trauma shear sheath built into the front of the pouch with a shock cord pull tab.
- Tourniquet loop sized for CAT, SAM XT, and AlphaPointe TMT.
- Internal tie-down loops for a DD Form 1380 Combat Casualty Card or other small flat items.
- Loop fields front and rear for unit identification, blood type, or medical cross patches.
- Made in the USA.

Common Questions
Does this come with medical supplies?
No. You receive the pouch, waist strap and buckles. The interior is sized around the T.REX MED-H Fill Kit, sold separately, and will also take a unit-standard fill of similar volume.
What is the difference between the MED-H and the MED-T?
The MED-H is the hanger or dangler version, carried off a plate carrier or chest rig and convertible to a waist pack. The MED-T is the belt-mounted tear-away version with a 1.75" belt pass-through. Both share the quick-open tab, ambidextrous shear sheath and tourniquet loop.
How does it attach as a dangler?
The 8" x 3" hanger loop field mates to the hook field under a plate carrier or chest rig, including the T.REX TRAAP. No additional hardware is needed for that mode.
Is the MED-H Berry Compliant?
Yes. All sewn nylon goods manufactured by T.REX ARMS are Berry Compliant. Armor plates and plate sets are not covered.
