This is program-grade manufacturing with documented controls and traceability — not hobby or consumer printing.

 

What materials does EOD Gear 3D print?
Plastics and carbon fiber. For parts whose requirements outgrow printed materials, our hybrid workflow transitions the design to CNC machining in-house, so the same part can mature from printed prototype to machined production without changing suppliers.

 

What is hybrid additive plus CNC manufacturing?
A part starts as a printed component for speed and iteration, then transitions to precision machining on our in-house HAAS mills and lathes when tolerances, metal interfaces, or structural requirements demand it. One shop carries the design through both stages, keeping revision control and traceability unbroken.
