3D Additive Manufacturing Services

From Concept to Fielded Hardware — Fast, Controlled, Domestic

Mission-focused additive manufacturing for customers who need usable components, controlled processes, and repeatable results — not experimental or hobby-grade printing. Designed, printed, and documented in Franklin, Tennessee by an SBA-certified SDVOSB defense manufacturer. CAGE 6VW15 · UEI NB2RPSSAB614 · GSA GS-07F-148GA

What Problems This Service Solves

Program managers and engineering teams come to us with the same bottlenecks: lead times inflated by tooling or overseas suppliers, prototypes that can't be fielded or evaluated realistically, a gap between the prototype and CNC-machined production, non-compliant printing that regulated programs can't accept, and schedule pressure in early program phases and pilot deployments. This service exists to deliver speed without sacrificing control — and to close the prototype-to-production gap under one roof.

Proof: Geometry Only Additive Can Build

3D-printed Luneburg lenses for decoy drones. A spherical graded-index radar reflector whose internal lattice makes a small unmanned aircraft present the radar cross-section of a much larger platform. That geometry cannot be molded and cannot be machined — it can only be printed, and it's printed here. Beyond the showcase piece, our additive cell runs daily on our own catalog: inert training aids, FPV Safe and Arm component development, and fixtures for our CNC machining cell. The capability you're evaluating is the capability we depend on.

Service Scope

Functional rapid prototyping, low-rate and bridge production, design-for-additive support, and repeatable build processes with documented controls — including transition support into CNC-machined production when the program scales. Each engagement is structured to deliver components that perform, not just samples.

Manufacturing Environment & Compliance

All work runs inside our controlled manufacturing environment with revision control, documentation, and traceability, integrated with in-house CNC machining and assembly. That's what makes these prints usable in government, defense, law-enforcement, and regulated industrial programs — the part arrives with the paper trail a program office expects.

Typical Applications

Robotics and unmanned-system accessories; RF and sensor structures; mounts, brackets, adapters, and enclosures; tooling, fixtures, and test hardware; program prototypes and evaluation units; and interim production while permanent tooling is developed. If the part must function, be defensible, and be repeatable — this service fits.

Procurement & Program Alignment

We operate inside the frameworks you source through: GSA Schedule GS-07F-148GA, purchase orders, and formal RFQs, with DD 2345 Enhanced JPC for controlled technical data. As an SBA-certified SDVOSB, awards to EOD Gear also count toward socioeconomic sourcing goals — one award, two boxes checked. We understand how technical programs are sourced, reviewed, and awarded, because we sit on both sides: manufacturer and past program supplier.

How to get started: use Add to Quote to submit your requirement — scope, materials, quantities, delivery — and attach or reference drawings and models through the contact form. Every submission is logged and answered in writing, with formal quotes, capability statements, and sourcing documentation provided for your contract file.
