CNC-routed foam inserts designed and cut in-house at EOD Gear's Franklin, Tennessee facility: Pelican and hard-case inserts, kit organization foam, tool-control and FOD-accountability inserts, and protective packaging for equipment and instruments — identical, repeatable inserts from a single case to a program-wide fleet.
How It Works
Send your case model and what needs to live in it — drawings, dimensions, or a working layout of the actual items. We design the insert, confirm the layout with you, and cut production inserts under our ISO 9001:2015 certified quality system. Need the case too? We supply Pelican cases, so a complete case-plus-foam solution can ship ready to load.
