Measuring 48” x 72” with a 0.5” profile and weighing approximately 30 lbs, this system balances coverage and deployability. The high-tenacity 1000D Cordura carrier is abrasion resistant and constructed in dual-color configuration (black/coyote), with optional flame-resistant carriers available.
Ten reinforced heavy-duty 2” nylon webbing handles are strategically positioned—two per 4’ side and three per 6’ side—allowing rapid positioning, vehicle shielding, casualty movement, or use as an expedient stretcher.
Each handle is secured with reinforced box-and-X stitching, perimeter stitched at 2”, and supported by internal stitch patterns to maintain ballistic pad integrity under stress.
