This pouch holds a STS-4 Spool or SP-6 Speed Reel ready to deploy. Mounts on Molle webbing, with a padded sleeve for the cap with or without a det cord priming loop, and an elastic sleeve on the side for a snap hook. An arms length of line or shock tube can be pulled out and hooked in before removing the spool/reel and walking up range.
