The Landmine Removal Key is a simple, rugged, L-shaped extraction tool engineered for EOD units, Humanitarian Demining teams, and UXO professionals who need to safely manipulate anti-tank landmines without putting operators at unnecessary risk.
Designed and manufactured through EOD Gear’s Custom Off The Shelf™ (COTS) rapid-prototyping program, the Landmine Removal Key attaches to opposite sides of an anti-tank mine, giving the operator positive mechanical control during remote extraction.
Use two keys to drag or pull a mine from its emplacement, maintaining distance and reducing exposure. Use three keys spaced evenly around the housing to flip the mine for further exploitation, render-safe procedures, or removal.
Field techs asked for a lightweight, inexpensive, universal-fit tool that could take abuse, grip reliably, and work across multiple mine types. We built it.
