PVC Collar Bomb Training Device

This is the classic Columbian Neck Tie style hostage bomb. It is constructed of PVC and is designed for anti-removal. If a breakwire is selected, this will be the anti removal switch. Otherwise a mechanical switch will be used. It has an inert HME filler.
