TT First Responder Move On MKII

A 40-liter tactical medic backpack with a detachable front pack, MOLLE hook-and-loop interior walls, three transparent removable pouches, and a rain cover — built for tactical medics, SWAT and bomb squad medics, and first responders who configure their own loadout.

Two Medic Packs in One

The First Responder Move On MKII is a large main pack with a smaller front pack zipped to its face. The front pack detaches completely and works on its own, so a medic can stage the main bag at the casualty collection point and move forward with only what the immediate call requires, then rejoin the two for transport. Both packs ride on Tasmanian Tiger's Padded Back Carrying System, and the shoulder straps are length-adjustable to fit over large body armor and plate carriers.

Build the Interior Around Your Protocols

The interior walls are MOLLE hook-and-loop with variable fixation points, so the layout follows how your team treats rather than how a factory arranged the pockets. Three removable pouches with transparent covers let you see contents without opening them. A detachable inner panel with elastic loops holds tourniquets, shears, and airway adjuncts. Hook-and-loop strips accept labels for fast identification under stress. Laser-cut MOLLE on the front and sides accepts external pouches, and a rain cover is included.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can the front pack of the First Responder Move On MKII be used on its own?

Yes. The front pack zips to the face of the 40-liter main pack and detaches completely, giving you a standalone forward-carry medic bag. Medics can stage the main pack at the casualty collection point, move to the patient with only the front pack, and rejoin the two for transport.

What is the capacity and size of the TT First Responder Move On MKII?

The pack is 40 liters, or 2,441 cubic inches, and measures 20 x 12 x 9 inches (52 x 29 x 24 cm). Empty weight is 62 ounces for the main pack, 20 ounces for the front pack, and 92 ounces for both together. With the included accessories fitted, both packs weigh 131 ounces, about 3.7 kilograms.

How do I organize medical gear inside this pack?

The interior walls are MOLLE hook-and-loop with variable fixation points, so you build the layout around your protocols. Three removable pouches with transparent covers show contents without opening them, and a detachable panel with elastic loops holds tourniquets, shears, and airway adjuncts. Hook-and-loop strips accept labels for fast identification under stress.

Does the First Responder Move On MKII come stocked with medical supplies?

No. It ships as an empty, ready-to-build pack with three transparent pouches, an elastic-loop panel, and a rain cover. Fill it with your agency's approved supplies, or pair it with EOD Gear IFAK Pouches, Medical Pouches, and IFAK Resupply Kits to build a complete tactical medic loadout.

What is the NTOA Gold Score and why does it matter?

The National Tactical Officers Association Member Tested and Recommended Program puts gear in the hands of working law enforcement officers who evaluate it in real use. The TT First Responder Move On MKII earned a Gold Score of 4.97 out of 5, which gives agencies a field evaluation to cite in a purchase justification.

Who makes this pack and who sells it?

The First Responder Move On MKII is manufactured by Tasmanian Tiger, a division of Tatonka GmbH. It is sold in the United States by EOD Gear, an SBA-certified SDVOSB, ISO 9001:2015 certified, ITAR registered GSA contract holder (GS-07F-148GA) based in Franklin, Tennessee.
