Manual Entry Tool Kit
The three-tool manual entry set — bolt cutter, maul/sledge, and halligan — carried in a purpose-built backpack with retention for each tool. The same breaching capability as the Berry-compliant BKPT Kit, in a standard pack for agencies without a Berry requirement.
Manual breaching is decided by whether the right tool is in hand when the door won’t give. The Manual Entry Tool Kit puts all three primary entry tools on one operator’s back: the cutter for chains, locks, and hasps; the sledge for striking; the halligan for prying, twisting, and levering. For state and local agencies and departments buying outside DoD funding, it delivers the full kit at a lower price point than the Berry-compliant configuration.
