EOD Gear
The Leatherman MUT EOD is the multitool to have if you're an EOD Tech. There are other other EOD Multitools but none of them has what the MUT has.
PRO NOTE: The EOD MUT is my EDC. I've used the MUT on UXO demo ranges, building IED's in the lab and in the field for training scenarios and even when I'm working on my weed whacker! If you have questions about the EOD MUT, please give us a call and ask for Steve (me).
The tool comes with a soft pouch which I attached to my dismounted belt.
If you're an EOD Tech (or play one on TV), don't leave home without your MUT!
Use the cutter to cut line, 550 cord and wire.
Use the hammer to break windows, pry cases open or to clear a stovepipe when you're shooting. Also works great to pop the top off a beer!
The non-sparking probe is great for clearing and scraping venturi.
The flathead and Phillips head screwdriver bits are always available for that quick fix around the house or the shop.
Serrated and straight blades will make short work of any cutting you need to get through.
The espresso maker...OK, that's not included but that's about the only thing you're not getting in this great tool.
And let's not forget that most of the parts are replaceable should you really beat the crap out of your gear!
