HMA EOD Medical Kit (L1)
Site-level casualty response for Humanitarian Mine Action and EOD operations — evacuation and litter capability, combat lifesaver sets, IV access, and bulk trauma consumables sized for a full clearance program, kitted under ISO 9001:2015 by a US manufacturer supporting HMA programs since 2014.
A mine action medical plan has to answer two questions: can we stop the bleeding, and can we move the casualty. The L1 Medical Kit answers both at site scale. Hemorrhage control is stocked in depth — 20 tourniquets, 200 pressure dressings, hemostatic gauze, compression bandages, and more than 200 rolls of compressed gauze — and it sits alongside the CASEVAC conversion kit, aid-and-litter kits, burn blankets, and five combat lifesaver sets that turn a worksite into a place a casualty can survive the wait for transport. For the team-level consumables configuration, see the HMA EOD Medical Kit (L2).

Quantities scale to team count and site count; resupply can be scheduled against consumption and expiration cycles so the kit on site is always the kit on paper.
