Our in-house machined crimping and cutting core, surrounded by the precision hand tools of a working EOD loadout — ceramics, forceps, probe, picks, and light — organized in the proven EOD Tool Pouch.
The kit is built around the two tools we machine ourselves in Tennessee: the Dual Blasting Cap Crimper — the non-magnetic, non-sparking crimper approved by both the US and Canadian militaries — and the spring-loaded EOD Time Fuse Cutter with replaceable blade and powder exit channel.
Around that core: non-sparking ceramic cutting tools (extendable snap blade and scissors), straight and curved forceps for fine work, a titanium probe and pick set for inspection, a mini pry bar, micro cutters, an extendable inspection mirror, a metal reamer hole punch, and a rechargeable penlight — all organized in the EOD Tool Pouch, the same clam-shell pouch running in several of our built kits. Kitted under ISO 9001:2015 in Franklin, Tennessee.
